This is the November to remember because it’s not going to be long before your Qubix 2 rewards get dispatched just in time for your pre-holiday trips and for some, holiday gifts!
We just sent an automatic email through BackerKit for the first order batch. Read below to learn more about it.
Address Changes
The first 1100 backers that filled out their surveys have already received their automatic email from BackerKit. That gives you 48 hours to review and make last-minute changes necessary to your shipping details.
Please make sure to consider the points below when reviewing and updating your shipping details in BackerKit:
Special characters and Foreign Alphabets: Your shipping details must be written in standard English alphabet letters and numbers. Special characters such as ß, ä, ć, Ø, Å or Japanese kanji, Thai alphabet, etc. are not accepted by the shipping system. We really appreciate your help in providing your full address using only standard characters so we can fulfil your order without delay.
APO/FPO and P.O. Box: If possible, please provide a physical address with street name and number for your delivery. Most couriers don’t deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, so providing a complete physical address is best.
Phone Number: You must also include a valid phone number. This is required by all carriers, so the delivery person can contact you if needed.
To make any last-minute changes to your shipping details, please access your survey using the email you just received (first 1100 backers) or any of the previous emails you have received from Backerkit (everyone). Then, click “Edit Your Address” in the top right corner of the page and “Edit Shipping Info” on the next page. Please note that all address changes can only be done in BackerKit.
If you can’t access/find your survey and you need to change your shipping details, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you.
Fulfilment batches
1st batch: We will send out roughly 1100 orders mid this month. Depending on your destination, packages will start arriving 1-2 days after that. We’ll be back with a new update regarding your tracking numbers as we prepare to ship out the first batch.
Next batches: We know you are excited to receive your Qubix 2 items and we share the same excitement as you. If you haven’t received the email from BackerKit giving you 48 hours to edit your address, you are part of our next fulfilment batch. We appreciate your patience and understanding until your order gets dispatched soon. We will be back with more information in the coming weeks, so please continue to keep an eye out for our campaign updates to make sure you have all the important info about your rewards.

Today we’re here to share some very exciting news and pictures with you.
We are happy to let you know that the first batch of our Kickstarter Qubix 2 rewards has already left the factory and is on its way to the fulfilment centre. Shipping will start within the next 1-2 days. The final batch is expected to leave our factory within the next 7 days.
That means it won’t be long before we start the fulfilment for your Indiegogo Qubix 2 rewards as well. In preparation for that, please read below:
Contribution ID 1 to 1539
Please check the email you used for your contribution. You have already received an email with your survey link (11 days after contributing) and your contribution has been locked in Indiegogo in preparation for fulfilment.
If you need help in filling out your surveys, you can check our Update 4: Your Survey is Coming - Everything You Need to Know where we have provided a step-by-step guide for you.
You can select the colour of your Qubix items through your survey and add as many add-ons as you want. All add-ons come with free shipping!
Make sure to grab as many add-ons as you want in your survey because the Basic, Complete and Deluxe set Add-ons are still available at further discounts. If you fill in your surveys in the first week after receiving it, you will have a chance to get add-on sets at these special prices!
Please fill out your BackerKit surveys as soon as possible so we can fulfil your orders without delay when we start shipping Indiegogo rewards.

Contribution ID 1540 and up
Your surveys will continue to be sent 11 days after your contribution was placed. Please keep an eye on your email and fill in your survey as soon as possible. We will do our best to include as many contributions as possible in our first Indiegogo fulfilment batch.

Review Your Shipping Details
Important: Please make edits for your shipping details ONLY in your BackerKit survey. We are preparing to lock your addresses shortly and you will receive a 48-hour notice to check your address. After the 48-hour notice is over, no other address changes are possible.
Please review your shipping details and make sure that everything is complete, correct and written in Standard English alphabet characters. Special characters such as but not limited to ß, Ä, Ö, Ü, Æ, Ø, Å, Japanese kanji, Chinese or Thai alphabet are not accepted by carriers, unfortunately. Please edit your shipping details to only contain standard letters and numbers.

Today’s update is a short and sweet one because we want to share with you some pictures and videos right from the production line. You’ll see your Qubix 2 rewards being made bit by bit.
Contribution ID 1 to 1323: Last Hours with Special Discounts
Fill in your survey and add to your order or re-select any add-on sets asap to benefit from the further discounts. On BackerKit, you can get any add-on sets you want with 14% extra discount. This offer is available exclusively for our backers in their BackerKit surveys until October 15th 23:59 PM PT (Los Angeles time).
Please also review your shipping details to be complete, correct and written in standard English alphabet characters (special characters such as Japanese kanji are not accepted by carriers, unfortunately).
Contribution ID 1324 and up: you will receive your surveys at a later date, likely towards the end of the month. In your survey you’ll be able to choose your colour for the perk you got on Indiegogo and add as many extra items as you want at the best prices. You will enjoy the same perks as all our backers, including the extra discounts for add-on sets, free shipping for all add-ons and a gift of 5 pairs of multi-colored pulling tabs. Please continue to keep an eye on our Indiegogo Updates, we’ll let you know before we send out your surveys.
From our estimates at this time, we expect to start shipping Indiegogo Qubix 2 rewards as estimated, in November.
All rewards will be sent out using tracked shipping options so you’ll be able to follow your package’s journey as it makes its way to you.

We wanted to quickly check in with you to let you know the latest status for all surveys. If you missed yesterday’s Indiegogo update it’s very important that you check it out. When do I receive my survey?
Contribution ID 1 to 1315: your surveys have been sent. Please check your inbox for the email you used on Indiegogo. You have received an email from Alex - Qubix2 with the subject “Response Needed -- Get your reward for Qubix 2: Make Unpacking A Thing Of The Past”
If you can’t find the email, you can retrieve your survey by going to https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com to fill in your email address and have it sent again to your inbox. Use the same email address as the one you provided on Indiegogo.
If you still can’t find your survey or encounter any kind of difficulties, drop us an email at [email protected] anytime and we’ll be happy to help.
Contribution ID 1316 to 1323: you will receive your surveys in the next 24 hours.
Contribution ID 1324 and up: you will receive your surveys at a later date, likely towards the end of the month. What is “credit” in Backerkit?
In your BackerKit survey, only the shipping cost and the main perk you chose (the one you selected on our campaign page, before going to checkout) will be automatically assigned to your order.
If you also got add-on perks on Indiegogo: Any other funds you paid for add-ons during checkout on Indiegogo will be displayed as “credit” in BackerKit. From the list displayed in the ADD-ONS part of your survey, you need to re-select all the add-ons you got on Indiegogo OR you can opt for entirely different items.
You will see your available credit in the Add-Ons section and a list of all the Qubix 2 items. You just have to pick any add-ons you want to spend your credit on. You can always get as many items as you want, even if the sum is higher than your available credit. You can easily just pay the difference directly on BackerKit.
If you didn’t get any add-on perks on Indiegogo: You can add as many add-ons as you want to your order and pay directly on BackerKit. The shipping is absolutely free for any add-ons and you can take advantage of the discounts available for sets until October 15th. All add-ons will come in the same package as the perk you got on Indiegogo.
Why are you offering the Add-On sets at another price?
To thank everyone that supported us so early on and because a lot of backers asked for this, we have decided to offer special prices for the extra Qubix 2 sets you get until October 15th. This doesn’t affect your main perk, that remains unchanged.
If you got add-on sets on Indiegogo, you will have leftover credit you can use towards other items and enjoy the best prices Qubix 2 will ever be sold at.
For example, if you selected the Indiegogo Special Deluxe Set reward (HK$694) and got an Add-On Deluxe Set on Indiegogo (HK$694), you'll be able to select the second set for HK$616 in Backerkit instead. That gives you HK$78 extra BackerKit credit to use towards something else: you could get a free extra Laundry Bag or Shoe Bag or add more funds to your pledge for additional Qubix 2 sets.
