We’re back with another update, but before we share more about it, we still have 99 backers with incomplete surveys. 

 

If you’re unsure of the status of your survey, you can access it through the same link as before (in one of the previous emails you received from BackerKit) or retrieve it by entering your email address in the survey retrieval link here: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com

 

We rely on your help - please fill in your survey as soon as possible to avoid delays with the fulfilment of your Qubix2 reward.

 

Previous Fulfilment Batch

 

All the packages in our September fulfilment batch are on their way to backers or have been received already. 

 

Please check your surveys because all the tracking numbers for that batch were successfully uploaded. An email notification was also sent to your email addresses. If you can’t find it in your main inbox, please also check your Spam or Junk folders. 

 

If you received your tracking details but haven’t received your package yet, please keep an eye on your tracking link so you’ll know when to expect your package. 

 

A failed delivery attempt will result in your package being returned to sender and we want to avoid this from happening as much as possible. Returned packages are very hard to track and are usually lost in transit. 

 

New Fulfilment Batch

 

If you haven’t received your tracking details yet, your Qubix2 reward is most likely included in this new fulfilment batch that we’re aiming to ship this month.

 

We’ll share more details about this batch in the coming weeks so please keep an eye out on our updates so you’re up to speed with our progress.

Hi there LiteTravel friends, we’re back with another update. 

 

Before we go into details, we still have 110 backers who have not completed their surveys yet. If you’re one of the 110 backers, we appreciate your help in completing yours so we can include your reward in the next fulfilment batch. 



Fulfilment Progress

 

The transport of the rewards from our factory to our fulfilment centre encountered a few hiccups which caused some slight unexpected delay. However, we’re happy to let you know that it has already safely arrived in our fulfilment partner’s warehouse. 

 

They immediately got to work and now we’ve started shipping some packages out and your tracking numbers will be uploaded in your surveys.

 

Please allow us a few days to upload your tracking numbers as we have to manually edit the details to fit BackerKit’s required format in order to successfully upload them in your survey. We’ll do our best to go through the process as efficiently as possible and we appreciate your patience more than we can say.

 

Your Tracking Info

 

  1. You will receive an email from "Alex - LiteTravel" once your shipping information is uploaded in BackerKit. This happens shortly after your reward is packaged and handed over to the courier.
  2. You can access your BackerKit survey using the same link as before (or the general survey retrieval link: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com to get your survey link resent), click the “View Confirmation” button in the top right corner (computer and tablet) or the project’s name, then “View Confirmation” in the dropdown menu (phone).

 

 

After the steps above, as soon as the tracking info is uploaded in your survey, your package will be marked Fulfilled and this is how your survey will look like:

You can track your package by clicking the tracking number in the email or in BackerKit. Or you can also copy and paste your tracking number on these platforms:

 

  • 17track.net - universal tracking platform that you can use for any package, any destination
  • The website of the national postal carrier of your country. Examples: USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, Royal Mail etc.
  • PostNL: if your tracking number ends in NL, you can also track your package on the PostNL website until it reaches your destination country. After that, it will be available to track on your national postal carrier website as well.

 

We rely on your help to keep an eye on your tracking link so you’ll know when to expect it. If needed, please coordinate with your courier as soon as your package arrives in your country to avoid having your package returned to us. Returned packages are often lost along the way and impossible to track, so we rely on your help to avoid this from happening as much as possible.

 

Note: Please note it can take a few days for updates to appear in your tracking log. That's perfectly normal because your package was just dispatched.

 

How Do I Know My Package Is Shipped?

 

All packages will likely be dispatched quite close to one another. We appreciate your patience and understanding until your order gets dispatched.

 

Follow the instructions above in the “Your tracking info” section. Until your package is dispatched and your tracking info is available, your BackerKit survey will look like this:

We’re back with another update on our latest progress.

 

Next fulfilment batch: end of August

 

For our new backers, we’ve already sent out all of the BackerKit surveys. If you just backed us in the past few weeks, please check your inbox for your survey notification. It’s important that you complete and submit your survey as soon as possible so we can include your reward in the next production and fulfilment batch.

 

If you already completed your survey, thank you for being prompt. All completed surveys until now will be included in our next fulfilment batch that we aim to ship at the end of this month.

 

If you can’t find your survey, you can retrieve your personal survey link by entering your email address in this retrieval link: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com

 

If this still doesn’t help, send us a quick message at [email protected] and we’ll promptly send you the direct link to your survey.

 

Backers who backed us more than once

 

If you have more than 1 contribution in our campaign, you will receive multiple BackerKit surveys, one for each of your contributions. After you finish filling in your first survey, you’ll see the yellow banner below at the top portion of your browser with a link to your other survey(s).

 

 

A quick reminder, this is your last chance to get Qubix2 at its lowest crowdfunding price so make sure to add as many add-ons as you want. If you’re worried about the shipping fee, worry no more. The great news is that regardless of the number of add-ons you get through your survey, you will not pay any additional shipping fees besides the one you already paid on Indiegogo.

 

Previous Fulfilment Batch

 

For backers who are included in the previous fulfilment batch, please keep an eye out on your inbox - some of you have already received tracking info and others will soon receive them.

 

We have to manually format your tracking numbers to fit BackerKit’s required format so we can successfully upload them in your survey. Because of that, it takes a bit of time for us to go through more than 1,000 orders. We are doing our best to go through the process as efficiently as possible and we appreciate your patience more than we can say.

 

VERY IMPORTANT: Please keep an eye out on your tracking link once we upload your tracking number so you’re always aware of its progress. Please make sure that someone is always available at your address to accept your package upon its arrival. A failed delivery attempt will result in your package being returned to sender, we want to avoid this from happening as much as possible.

 

Returned packages are hard to track and are usually lost along the way so we count on your help in making sure that this does not happen to your package.

The transport of the Qubix2 rewards from the factory to our fulfilment centre has encountered a small delay due to the current global situation, but we’re happy to let you know that it has safely arrived in the warehouse.

 

Shipping Has Started

 

Despite the challenges that we’ve encountered these past few months due to the current situation which has affected the fulfilment part of our operations, we’ve now started the fulfilment of the current batch. 

 

The current batch includes almost 1,200 orders and we’ll do our best to go through the fulfilment process as efficiently as possible. 

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding more than we say.
