We’re happy to let you know that we have successfully shipped out all Qubix2 orders.
We just uploaded the tracking numbers to your survey so if you’re included in the last fulfilment batch, please check your inbox for your tracking details.

Hi there, we’re back with another update.
We’re down to our last fulfilment batch before we officially complete the delivery of all rewards.
We would like to thank all of our backers who loyally supported our campaign since day 1. Qubix2 would have not been possible without your trust and support.
While the current global situation has greatly affected the travel industry, I’m sure that we’re all looking forward to the day that we’re able to travel again with as little restrictions as possible.
Fulfilment Progress
Our last batch includes approximately 100 orders. The transport containing these orders is now in our warehouse.
We just experienced a bit of a delay due to the Chinese New Year celebration. Because the majority of our warehouse colleagues travelled back to their respective hometowns for the festival, they were required to complete at least a 2-week quarantine period before they were allowed to report back to work.
We’re happy to let you know that they are now safely back and have started packing the orders included in this fulfilment batch, which we aim to start shipping early next week.
The tracking numbers should be available the following week. In total, please allow us at least 2 weeks to process the orders and upload the tracking numbers for your Qubix2 package.
You will receive an email notification through the email address connected to your survey once your tracking details are uploaded. You can also keep an eye out for your survey, which you can access through the same link as before.

Hi there LiteTravellers, we’re back with a short update.
We successfully shipped out all perks included in the last batch we mentioned in our previous update.
That batch included approximately 130 orders and all tracking details were successfully uploaded in your BackerKit surveys.
Please make sure to keep an eye out on your tracking link so you don’t miss out on the delivery of your perk and to avoid having your package returned to us.
New Fulfilment Batch
As we noted in our previous update, we will continue to fulfil perks on a monthly basis for surveys that were recently completed.
We have prepared one batch with approximately 100 orders and we aim to ship them out in the next 2 weeks.
If you haven’t received your tracking details yet, then your Qubix2 is included in this batch. The address on your survey is already locked and we can, unfortunately, not accept shipping address changes at this stage.
Once we have your tracking details, we’ll be sure to upload them to your survey and a notification will be sent to your email address on the same day so you can start tracking the package from your end.

Hi LiteTravellers, we’re back with an update about our fulfilment progress.
We want to make sure that all our backers receive their Qubix2 rewards so we would like to send a quick reminder that we still have 91 backers with incomplete surveys. If you’re in this situation, please fill in your survey ASAP. You can recover your survey by entering your Indiegogo login email here: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com
Fulfilment Progress
We’ve uploaded the tracking numbers for the orders that we've fulfilled before the holidays.
Please check your survey, which you can access through the same link as before. If you no longer have access to the link, you can have it re-sent straight to your inbox by entering the email address connected to your survey here: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com
The email notification with your tracking info was also sent on the same day so please make sure to check your inbox. Make sure to also check your Spam and Junk folders in case it got sorted there.
Please allow a few days for your tracking link to show updates. December and January are the busiest time of the year for couriers around the world due to the sudden spike of packages they receive. Tracking links are also not updated in real-time and will depend on your courier’s processing timelines.
Please bear with us as we do our best to go through the process of manually formatting the details of your tracking number so we can successfully upload them in your survey.
A new batch of perks is now with our fulfilment warehouse and is being prepared to be shipped out. This batch will include approximately 130 orders. This is the final batch of perks and includes all surveys that have been completed before the end of 2020.
For the rest of the surveys that are currently incomplete or were just recently completed, we will likely process your orders on a monthly basis depending on the completion of your survey.

Hi LiteTravellers, we’re back with another update about our latest fulfilment progress.
Before anything else, we would just like to remind you that we still have 93 backers with incomplete surveys. We rely on your help in making sure that your survey is completed as soon as possible so we can complete the fulfilment of all Qubix2 rewards.
Fulfilment Progress
We’ve started processing the final batch of orders and we expect to dispatch the rewards in the coming days.
Please allow a few days for us to upload your tracking details in your BackerKit survey as we have to manually format the details to fit BackerKit’s format to successfully upload them.
You will receive an email notification once this is done, so please keep an eye out for it so you can start tracking your package right away. If you’re unable to find it in your main inbox, please also check your Spam and Junk folders.
If you received your tracking details but haven’t received your package yet, please keep an eye on your tracking link so you’ll know when to expect your package.
A failed delivery attempt will result in your package being returned to sender and we want to avoid this from happening as much as possible. Returned packages are very hard to track and are usually lost in transit. There are rare cases where the package gets returned to our warehouse successfully, however, this usually takes a long time.
As we’ll be dispatching a lot of orders, it would be hard for us to track the packages individually, so we rely on your help in tracking your own package’s progress.
Your Tracking Info
- You will receive an email from "Alex - LiteTravel" once your shipping information is uploaded in BackerKit. This happens shortly after your reward is packaged and handed over to the courier.
- You can access your BackerKit survey using the general survey retrieval link: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com to get your survey link resent, click the “View Confirmation” button in the top right corner (computer and tablet) or the project’s name, then “View Confirmation” in the dropdown menu (phone).
After the steps above, as soon as the tracking info is uploaded in your survey, your package will be marked Fulfilled and this is what your survey will look like:

You can track your package by clicking the tracking number in the email or in BackerKit. Or you can also copy and paste your tracking number on one of these platforms:
- 17track.net - universal tracking platform that you can use for any package, any destination
- The website of the national postal carrier of your country. Examples: USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, Royal Mail etc.
- PostNL: if your tracking number ends in NL, you can also track your package on the PostNL website until it reaches your destination country. After that, it will be available to track on your national postal carrier website as well.
Note: Please note it can take a few days for updates to appear in your tracking log. That's perfectly normal because your package was just dispatched.
How Do I Know My Package Is Shipped?
All packages will likely be dispatched quite close to one another. We appreciate your patience and understanding until your order gets dispatched.
Follow the instructions above in the section titled “Your tracking info”. Until your package is dispatched and your tracking info is available, your BackerKit survey will look like this:
