Hi there LiteTravel friends, we hope you are having an amazing day. 

 

We know that quite a few of our backers have been waiting for this so we are back with a new fulfilment update

 

Important: This applies to all backers that have received & filled in their BackerKit surveys until now and whose package was not shipped yet. If you haven’t received or filled in your survey yet, your order will be part of a later fulfilment batch and we appreciate you keeping an eye on our updates for more info.

 

New Fulfilment Batch

 

As we previously shared, the last batch that we shipped out was in March. These packages were stuck in courier warehouses or transit points as a result of the current situation and they haven’t had tracking updates for more than 90 days. 

 

Because we didn’t know what was going to happen with these packages, we wanted to do our best to create a great experience for all our backers, so we postponed the next fulfilment batch until couriers resumed somewhat normal operation.

 

We are happy to let you know that we are starting to see progress and the majority of the affected packages for the March batch are being delivered. 

 

International couriers are improving their operations every day, so we are preparing a new fulfilment batch to go out in the coming week.

 

As soon as we start shipping out rewards, your tracking number will be uploaded in your BackerKit survey and you’ll receive an email notification through the email address connected to your survey.

Last 48 Hours To Review Your Shipping Details

 

Given the delay with international shipping, we understand that you might have moved to new addresses. Many of us are working from home, so shipping packages to work addresses might no longer be a good option.

 

If you need to make changes to your shipping details, you can do this directly through your survey. Your address has been unlocked for the next 48 hours only - please make any changes as soon as possible within this timeline.

 

How do I change my address? Access your survey in one of these ways:

 

Click on any of the links in the previous emails you received from BackerKit to access your survey

 

Click on the link included in the email you just received asking you to check and update your address

 

Retrieve your survey through this link anytime: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com/ All you need to do is enter the email address connected to your survey and the link will be sent to your inbox once more. 

 

Important! Even if you didn’t move addresses in the meantime, please review your shipping details and take these points into account:

 

Special characters: Please review your shipping details and make sure that everything is complete, correct and written in Standard English alphabet characters. Special characters such as but not limited to ß, Ä, Ö, Ü, Æ, Ø, Å, Japanese kanji, Chinese or Thai alphabet are not accepted by carriers, unfortunately. Please edit your shipping details to only contain standard letters and numbers.

 

APO/FPO and P.O. Box: If possible, please provide a physical address with street name and number for your delivery. With the current global situation, a very limited number of couriers deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, so providing a complete physical address is best. 

 

Phone Number: Please provide a valid phone number in your shipping details, as this is required by all carriers so they can reach you if needed.

 

After the 48 hour notice is over, your survey will be automatically locked and no other address changes are possible.

Hi LiteTravellers, we are back with another update. 

 

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our backers who are included in the current fulfilment batch for keeping a positive attitude while waiting for their Qubix 2 reward. We appreciate your patience and understanding more than we can say! 

 

We also hope that you and your loved ones are well and safe. 

 

Next Fulfilment Batch

 

As we previously shared on our last update, our trusted fulfilment centre advised us to delay the shipping of this current batch due to the current global situation. 

 

As always, we keep our promise of letting you know our progress with honest and transparent updates.

 

We are happy to let you know that some couriers already resumed their operations after temporarily closing for a few weeks, however, shipping options are still limited and the majority of them are working with a very reduced workforce (only the bare essential personnel), which makes them slower than usual when processing packages. 

 

That said, it is with our best intentions that we postponed the fulfilment of this batch. 

 

To share some very important insight with you, the last shipment batch we sent out was in March. From that batch, there are some rewards that are still undelivered. Some are still stuck in transit stations for weeks without tracking updates. International shipping has been very hard to track and predict lately.

 

As always, you are extremely important to us. That is why we want your Qubix 2 experience to be as smooth as possible. Because we value that, we wouldn’t want to send out packages and take the risk of any mishaps (being lost in transit, packages being delivered incorrectly, or extremely delayed delivery without tracking updates for weeks) happening to your reward. All this would defeat our purpose of sending the shipment out so your rewards can reach you.

 

As online customers ourselves, we understand how frustrating it can be to check on the tracking link every day and not see any fresh updates, thinking that the package is either lost or stuck somewhere. 

 

During times like this, which are unprecedented and not aligned with our usual performance of delivering on time, your patience and understanding are more important than ever. It is a bit tough to predict exactly how the situation will change in the coming weeks, but as we navigate it together, we’ll always make sure to keep you updated.

 

Rest assured, we are also doing our best to work with our fulfilment centre to find other shipping options that we can use to dispatch this current batch. As soon as we find a good solution that will leave you satisfied, we’ll start the fulfilment of this current batch. And of course, we’ll make sure to post a new update to let you know all about it.

 

We are doing daily follow-ups with our shipping partner and we aim to share a new update with you in the next 2 weeks. That way we hope to maintain a good balance between keeping you in the loop with the situation and not bombarding you with updates too often.

Hi there LiteTravel friends.

 

First off, we want to start this update by saying we hope all of you and your loved ones are staying safe and staying home.

 

We know there’s quite a few frontline workers in our community, to which we want to say ‘Thank You!’ ?? from the bottom of our hearts ❤️. We are deeply grateful for your efforts and service to the entire global community in these trying times.

 

As a small family business, we value each and every one of our team members. That’s why we’ve made the decision at the beginning of March for our entire team to work from home. 

 

We’re making all the efforts we can to help #flattenthecurve and do our part to help the spread of the virus, protect us and our elders.

 

That being said, we are looking forward to the future. Truth be said, we can’t wait until we all get to go outside again, plan our next vacation and feel the joy of travelling with or towards our loved ones again. 

 

We know many of you feel the same and we hope you’re also looking forward to all the great things to come, hugging your friends and family and seeing all the amazing things the world has to offer.

 

Our Next Fulfilment Batch

 

Just as we were preparing to dispatch the next batch of Qubix2 Indiegogo orders this month, our trusted fulfilment center has advised us to wait a few days. We followed their advice, only to find out that at the beginning of April the postal services to the United States, Canada and Australia have been completely stopped. 

 

You might already know this, but passenger planes often transport cargo as well: correspondence, packages, etc. Due to the huge number of flights that have been cancelled globally, packages going anywhere in the world now have to wait in line until a plane departing for a specific destination has enough room.

 

Because of the increased amount of packages that couriers around the world have to process in this period, the chances of any mishaps (such as lost packages, packages delivered incorrectly, etc.) increase dramatically.

 

Because we managed to stop our shipment before it reached this stage, we’re happy to let you know that if your Qubix2 order was a part of the April fulfilment batch, your package is safely stored in our warehouse or factory.

 

We will continue to keep your package safe until we can dispatch it knowing it will also reach you. We are making every effort to ensure you can stay safely at home without having to retrieve your package from a postal or courier office.

 

How to check if you’re in this fulfilment batch: access your survey using the same link as before and click ‘View Confirmation’ (top right screen corner on your computer or first click on the project name at the top on your phone or tablet). If your order status is the same as below, your package is part of this batch:

What We’ve Been Up To

 

If you’re wondering what we’ve been up to, you might not have heard of our latest campaign. We know there was a lot happening in the last month, so that’s understandable.

SMOL keeps you warm, makes you look great and packs super small - so it’s great for travelling!

We’re getting ready to start manufacturing SMOL soon. The Indiegogo delivery is scheduled for July, so by then we should all be able to start wearing our SMOLs outside.

Hi there, LiteTravel friends. 

 

We hope to bring some great news your way with this update. We’re preparing to send out a new fulfilment batch in April with about 1,000 orders. So if your order has not been shipped out yet, it will be soon (provided that you have filled in your survey).

 

For the rest of our backers that have already received theirs or have packages on the way, thank you for taking a moment to let us know how much you love your Qubix2. We appreciate your messages and comments more than we can say!

 

Important details about your shipping address

 

Your order will be part of this fulfilment batch if you have filled in your survey until now and your package has not been shipped out yet. This also means you have already received an automatic email from BackerKit.

 

The email gives you 48 hours to review and make last-minute changes necessary to your shipping details. We know this is important, since more and more people are working from home nowadays. So even if you didn’t move in the meantime, please review your address, just in case you used the work one and you’d like to change it to your home address.

 

Please make sure to consider the points below when reviewing and updating your shipping details in BackerKit:

 

Special characters and Foreign Alphabets: Your shipping details must be written in standard English alphabet letters and numbers. Special characters such as ß, ä, ć, Ø, Å or Japanese kanji, Thai alphabet, etc. are not accepted by the shipping system. We really appreciate your help in providing your full address using only standard characters so we can fulfil your order without delay.

 

APO/FPO and P.O. Box: If possible, please provide a physical address with street name and number for your delivery. Most couriers don’t deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, so providing a complete physical address is best.

 

Phone Number: You must also include a valid phone number. This is required by all carriers, so the delivery person can contact you if needed.

 

How to make changes to your address

 

To make any last-minute changes to your shipping details, please access your survey using the email you just received or any of the previous emails you have received from Backerkit. Then, click “Edit Your Address” in the top right corner of the page and “Edit Shipping Info” on the next page.

 

If you can’t find any previous emails from BackerKit, you can also have your survey resent to the email address you used for your contribution by clicking on this link: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com/ 

 

Please note that all address changes can only be done in BackerKit, not in Indiegogo.

Hi LiteTravel friends, we are back with news about our fulfilment progress.

 

First of all, we would like to thank all of you, especially the backers included in the last fulfilment batch.

 

Our shipping partner has encountered some unforeseen delays which have also impacted the usual speed of our fulfilment process. We appreciate your patience and understanding more than we can say.

 

Slight Production Delay

 

We always stay transparent to our backers and we want to let you know that the current situation in China has impacted our operations both on the fulfilment and production side, even if by a few weeks.

 

The good news is our fulfilment partner has resumed full operations and they are doing their best to catch up with the pending packages that have to be sent out. That said, please keep an eye out on your inbox as we will be uploading a new batch of tracking numbers into BackerKit soon.

 

Our manufacturing partners that produce different fabrics and materials for Qubix 2, as well as the factory that ultimately manufactures our packing sets have resumed operations a couple of days ago. Because of this, we anticipate a delay of a few weeks in our production process.

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this challenging time that our partners are facing. Rest assured, we are in constant communication with them to monitor their progress.

 

Incomplete BackerKit Surveys

 

We have 161 BackerKit surveys that are still incomplete right now.

 

Please make sure to check your email (the one associated with your Indiegogo account) and fill out your BackerKit survey as soon as possible so we can include it on our next fulfilment batch and avoid any further delays. Please also check your Spam/Junk folders, just in case our emails ended up there.

 

If you have more than 1 contribution in our campaign, you will receive multiple BackerKit surveys, one for each of your contributions. For example, if you have backed us twice, you will receive 2 BackerKit surveys. After you finish filling in your first survey, you’ll see a yellow banner with a link to your other survey(s).

 

A quick reminder, you can also add as many add-ons as you want through your survey. All add-ons come with 100% free shipping, so, make sure to take advantage of it before our campaign ends.

 

Next Fulfilment Batch

 

Due to the slight delay with the production, we want to give our factory ample time to make sure that we produce your Qubix 2 in pristine condition as always. We aim to ship the next fulfilment batch in April (as shown on our campaign page).

 

We will post a new update before we start shipping. Please make sure to keep an eye on our campaign updates, so you don’t miss out on important notifications.
