We are back with a short but sweet update to keep you up to speed with our progress.
New Tracking Numbers
We are happy to let you know that we have uploaded in BackerKit a new batch of tracking numbers for your Qubix 2 rewards.
Please check the email address that you used for your contribution.
In case you’re unable to find it in your inbox, also check your Spam and/or Junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, we are just an email away, feel free to send us a quick message at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
To avoid missing out on your Qubix 2 packages and having them returned to us, make sure to keep an eye out on your tracking link and coordinate with your courier once it has reached your destination country if there is a need to make delivery arrangements.
Qubix 2 Ending Soon..
We are coming close to the end of another exciting adventure. Our Qubix 2 campaign is ending soon here on Indiegogo. Please make the most of our last few days.
If you want to place additional orders or get more add-ons via BackerKit, now is the best time to still take advantage of the lowest possible prices. You can also share our campaign with a friend or loved one who you think will love and need Qubix 2 as much as you do!
Survey Completion
As of this writing, we have 209 backers who are yet to receive and complete their BackerKit survey so we can complete our next fulfilment batch.

LiteTravel’s New Adventure!
But as every end is a new beginning, we are happy to let you know that we are off to a new adventure!

Hi LiteTravelers, we are back to share with you our latest Qubix 2 progress.
Before we start, we would like to welcome our new LiteTravel backers! We are happy to have you in our backer community and we thank you for your trust and support.
Here are a few stats about our fulfilment progress so far:

300 other orders will also be fulfilled starting mid-February, ahead of schedule

Chinese New Year
Our next fulfilment batch with 530 orders will start shipping out next week, due to our fulfilment team taking a bit of time off this week to celebrate Chinese New Year. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding until we are able to ship out your order very soon. Please continue to keep an eye on your BackerKit surveys for shipping updates.
Estimated Shipping Time
As most of you might have noticed, we have updated our estimated shipping time to March 2020. If you backed our campaign and filled in your survey in 2019, don’t sweat it. This is only for our new backers who joined our campaign starting in January 2020.
Even so, this is just an estimated timeline and we are doing our best to go through the process of shipping out orders as efficiently as possible. We estimate hundreds of orders will be shipped ahead of schedule.
For Our New Backers
11 days after placing your contribution on our campaign page, you will receive your BackerKit survey. In your survey, you need to select the colour choice for your Qubix 2 items and, always the best part, add as many add-ons as you want without having to pay any additional shipping fee on top of what you already paid on Indiegogo. Not to mention the exciting special prices and individual items that are available exclusively right now in your survey.
Most of you have already received the BackerKit survey over the weekend. If you are unable to find it, please check on your spam or junk folders first. If you need further assistance, feel free to send us a quick email to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
A gentle reminder, it is imperative to fill out your BackerKit surveys on time to avoid any delays on your order.

We received emails and comments that we have backers who already received their Qubix2 and we wanted to share with you our latest fulfilment progress.
Next Batch Of Orders
We are happy to let you know that we shipped out 1400 orders. A new batch of 300 orders will be shipped this week.
If you received your tracking details already, please keep an eye on your tracking link. Once the package reaches your country, please coordinate with your courier for the estimated delivery date.
If you haven’t received your tracking details yet, keep an eye on your inbox as you will soon receive your tracking numbers.
Backers Who Filled In Their Surveys Late
11 days after placing your contribution, you’ll receive an email with your BackerKit survey. If you backed us early but filled your survey late, we’ll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while you wait for your package to be dispatched.
New Backers
If you backed us starting December 2019, the estimated delivery date is January 2020. However, we’ll do our best to arrange and ship your order as soon as possible.
December is the busiest time of the year and there might be delays that will affect the speed of your package’s delivery. Situations like flight delays, customs formalities or local weather conditions are out of our control so please continue to keep an eye out on your tracking link.

Hi LiteTravellers, we are back with a quick update before the upcoming weekend.
The first 1100 Qubix 2 Rewards are shipped out!
Because fulfilment is a complex process, we know you have some questions about your packages. So we did our best to organise a small FAQ below, please take a few minutes to read carefully:
Your Tracking Number
We know that you have been keeping a close eye on your inbox to receive the anticipated tracking details notification. We have mentioned in our previous update that even though the package might have been dispatched already, we need a few days to upload your tracking number in BackerKit.
BackerKit requires a special format that we need to manually process and it takes us a bit to go through 1100 tracking numbers. Your patience and understanding is appreciated while we do our best to go through the process as efficiently as possible.
When Will The Rest Of The Rewards Be Shipped Out?
If you aren’t among the first 1100 backers who filled out their survey, your reward will be shipped out shortly. We will post another update in the coming weeks to keep you up to speed with our progress.
Tracking Your Packages
You can track your package by clicking on the tracking number found in your email notification or through your BackerKit survey. You can also paste the tracking number into a universal tracking platform such as 17track.net
Please read our previous update for all the details, specifically the “Where to check my tracking info?” section. We use trackable shipping options so you can monitor the package as it makes its way to you.
If you don't see any tracking information yet, it's just because your package is still being processed by the carrier - this is perfectly normal. Please allow a few days for updates to be published and keep a close eye on your tracking information.
Failed Delivery
Because more packages are getting delivered every day, this is a gentle reminder to please make sure someone is always available to receive the package on your behalf if you are out travelling for an extended period of time.
When the delivery of a package is unsuccessful, it's held for a period of time that's very different from carrier to carrier. If the package is not picked up during this holding period, they will return it to the sender. Returned packages are often lost along the way and impossible to track, so we rely on your help to avoid this from happening as much as possible.

Hi there LiteTravellers, we are back with exciting news about your Qubix 2 rewards.
On our previous update, we have mentioned that we will soon start the fulfilment of our first 1100 Indiegogo orders. So, if you have received the email from BackerKit giving you 48 hours to edit your address, then you are most likely part of the first batch!

Where To Check My Tracking Info.
1. Your email: you will receive an email from "Alex - Qubix2" once your shipping information is uploaded in BackerKit.
2. Your BackerKit survey: Access it using the same link as before (or the general survey retrieval link: https://qubix2-indiegogo.backerkit.com to get your survey link resent), click the “View Confirmation” button in the top right corner (computer and tablet) or the project’s name, then “View Confirmation” in the dropdown menu (phone).
After the steps above, when the tracking info has been uploaded for your package, your package is marked Fulfilled and you will see this:

You can track your package by clicking the tracking number in the email or in BackerKit. Or you can also copy and paste your tracking number on these platforms:

The website of the national postal carrier of your country. Examples: USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, Royal Mail etc.
- PostNL: if your tracking number ends in NL, you can also track your package on the PostNL website until it reaches your destination country. After that, it will be available to track on your national postal carrier website as well.
Please keep an eye on your tracking links once the number is available that way you can see once your package reaches your country and coordinate with your courier to avoid having the package returned to sender. Returned packages are often lost along the way and impossible to track, so we rely on your help to avoid this from happening as much as possible.
Even though the package might have been dispatched already, please allow us a few days to upload your tracking number in BackerKit. BackerKit requires a special format that we need to manually process and might take us a bit to go through 1100 tracking numbers. Your patience and understanding is appreciated while we do our best to go through the process as efficiently as possible.
Note: Please note it can take a few days for updates to appear in your tracking log. That's perfectly normal, as your package was just dispatched.

All packages will likely be dispatched quite close to one another. We appreciate your patience and understanding until your order gets dispatched.
